First day knot late ma, so I reached there quite early de. I went to the guard house and told the guard that today is my first day working at here. Then he asked me to wait at outside, coz the HR ppl haven’t come yet. So, I waited at outside of the area of the company la. While I’m waiting that time, one malay guy approached me and asked whether I’m one of the trainee at here or not. I knew he is one of the trainee when he walking towards me. Then, came another guy too, this one is chinese guy de. We introduced ourself and together waiting someone to get us inside.

Finally, we can enter to the premise aledi la. The guard gave each of us a blue thing and shows us the direction to the office. But hor, we have to pass thru a check point, where got security check and few rows of lockers for the employees. Another guard asked us to open the blue thing and wear it as our shoes cover. The blue things have to cover sides and bottom of our shoes one. He said our shoes got dust hor, the premises should be dust-free. The premises got dust sensor hor, if the dust in the premises is too much, the machines will automatically turn off and the products might got defects hor. Like so hong po and serious de…….

I reli feel very funny and weird lorr, coz have to wear the blue things, like a penguin. The other employees got their “white conductive shoes” in their locker, so they have to change their shoes before enter to the premises. I named the shoes as “xiao bai” la, coz is white in colour ma. Everyone also wear the same type of shoes, no pai seh if your shoes same as others. Hehe….. We have to wear “xiao bai” in every place of the premises, like go for canteen, toilet, anywhere la……

Then, Mr. Ramley, the person-in-charge of training and development from HR department came to welcome us de. We follow him go to the HR department then. About this guy hor, he reli very funny one lorr….. The way he speaking hor, is reli so straight forward de, no pai seh pai seh one. Sometimes I also beh tahan him one. Too realistic la, make me feel like reli knot play-play around at here de. Then we filled in some forms and listened to his briefing.

He told us that this company got 2 times of break time one: 10.00am until 10.20am and 1.00pm to 1.40pm. We knot combine these two times of break time one, so must have morning tea at the canteen or just stay at your place la. The tea and plain water at the canteen is free one. Other foods also quite cheap if compare to outside foods. So, we had our first tea time at the canteen la. Here’s come another weird thing, we have to take a tray, one plate, fork and spoon, a cup to get our food and drink. Mr Ramley said the function of the tray is to avoid the food and drink “tertumpah” on to the floor and table. The company wants to have a clean environment. Oh my…… reli so so so so so weird ma. 3 of us also feel very pai seh one.

So, our first tea time is had a cup of tea for each person la. Besides chit-chat and 38 around 3 of us, reli nothing to do liao la. Three of us come from three different uni de. I’ll describe about the 2 guys in next blog….. maybe la. Hehe…. if I reli that hardworking la. But hor, the chinese guy rupa-rupanya is my senior wor, form 6 one. He is Mee Theng’s direct senior de. I only knew his is my senior when I saw his passport size photo, coz the tie he worn got mbs’ logo ma… so ngam one. Hehe…..

Mr. Ramley sent us to another trainer, Madam Kamsila, after tea time. We have to finish up one trainee program before start work. He said this program takes about 3 days wor. She gave us read a lot a lot of slides about the policies, securities, safety and environment, and etc. Then hor, we got tests one ma after finish each of the slides. Too bad…. We read until eyes also knot open big big liao…. So cham ma…. 1pm, we had our lunch break, better stop reading before our eyes turn become like panda eyes. Hehe…..

Lunch time ma, pai seh time again…. We have to take the tray, plate, fork and spoon, cup for our lunch. I also dunno repeat how many times “kei guai – weird” ma, until my senior oso said that he heard so many times of “kei guai” from my mouth aledi de. The feeling is reli super the weird one ma, maybe I’m still not get used to it gua. Hehe…. Tried chinese food today, not bad la, ok ok de…..

Left some time after we finished out lunch, so we planned to walk around the premises with our penguin shoes. Everyone also knew that today is our first day after looking at our penguin shoes. Hehe….. We can saw a lot of machines operated by the employees lorr. The machines look like very complicated one, got microscope and computer beside each of the machine. The top of each of the machines got one light indicator de, got red, green and yellow light. I dunno what the functions of those machines are also. We just walk walk around, then went back to the HR department when reached 1.40pm.

Aiyoh, after the lunch break hor, we have to read slides again ma…… 3 of us also beh tahan reading those boring and sien slides aledi. Madam Kamsila came and explained in detailed to us for every part of the slides. Although my eyes are looking at her and listening to what her said, but actually my minds are thinking about Zzzz aledi la…. So sien one. Had 2 tests after finish reading half of the slides. My scores not bad oso la, coz the questions is so easy de.

Tot those boring thing are finished aledi one. However, we still have to watch few videos about safety, security, personnel protective equipment and so on de…. Sien sien sien ma…. We are unable to finish those videos before we can go back de. So, we have to continue it tmr, sien ma….. Tmr still got one test de. Haiz, final exam finish aledi, now have to take tests at the company oso. Sien…..

Reli so happy ma, coz finally can go back home aledi. Hehe….. I’m waiting for my holiday to come aledi, coz thurs and fri no working de…. Good! First day not bad la, everything oso ok. Hopefully can have a nice and happy internship training at these company la. Add oil~~~~~
